Saw this sculpture. Thought it was so deck. Animals are the best. I don’t know why anyone would want to eat them. I’m going to buy a true white wire shelving kit and make my own sculpture of my favorite feathered fowl.
Yesterday, I mentioned a temp controller for a T-49 cooler. Then I came across the True Thermostat (part number 800393) on restaurant-equipment-parts.com. These two temp controllers (or thermostats) have different part numbers, but as far as I can tell, they are the exact same part. In fact, I’ve come up with a theory that they are, in fact, the same part.

What do I use to insure my tasty vegan entrées are cool and fresh? I’m so glad you asked! I love the industrial look, so I prefer the commercial t-49 solid door refrigerator. The true temp controller enables me to set the temperature exactly where it should be. Unfortunately, I’m only a poor hipster and this cooler is way out of my price range. Maybe my one republican friend can lend me some dough. That would be deck.
